It’s a modern, futurist-style villa, accommodating one bedroom, a unified living room – kitchen and a bathroom.

There is a couch in the living room that can be transformed into a double bed.

On the same floor there are two spacious porches, one to the east and the other one to the west, while there is a spectacular view from the villa’s terrace, which can also be used as an idyllic outdoor sitting room – dining room.

It can host 2 – 4 persons.
